In cases where I do authorise Transactions out of Currency (for example USD), I have to pay TAX on that money transaction because the purchase is in a different currency. Since the Game is Banned, and the Website can only be accessed via a VPN, the Transaction is automatically Declined as the Bank is actually seeing a Purchase trying to be made from outside of the Country. They also remind users to look for the 'Padlock' icon when on Websites. The Bank always says, only make Purchases using your Debt Card if you know that you can trust the Vendor/Retailer or whoever you're buying something from. While they claim that they are giving you a Coupon, isn't not actually one that can ever be used, if like me, your ISP, and your Bank won't trust the connection. The problem is, the Coupon is effectively 'INVALID' because of the way it has to be used.
